SMS Education Services was founded in 2018 on the principles of ethical guidance, transparency, and outcome-driven support. These principles are rooted in my own journey as an international student from Nepal who studied in Germany and Australia. Having personally navigated diverse education systems and cultural environments, I understand both the aspirations and challenges faced by students seeking global education opportunities. This experience continues to guide our organisation’s mission to prepare students not only for admission, but for academic success and meaningful global engagement.
My academic background includes a Master of Technology in Enterprise Systems & Business Analytics from Federation University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from King’s Own Institute, Sydney Australia, complemented by academic exposure at Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany. This foundation enables me to lead SMS Education Services with a strong emphasis on analytical rigour, compliance, structured processes, and continuous improvement qualities that are essential in responsible student recruitment and university representation.
